Co-Founder & Head of Operations

Neha Agarwal is the Co-founder of Speaker's Club and a Communication & Leadership Trainer dedicated to helping individuals discover the power of their voice. With a passion for transforming the way people communicate, she has coached students, professionals, entrepreneurs, and corporate leaders to speak with confidence, think with clarity, and influence with authenticity. Her training philosophy goes beyond public speaking—it focuses on building self-belief, executive presence, and meaningful human connection. Known for her highly interactive and experiential approach, Neha creates learning environments where participants don't just learn to speak—they learn to inspire, persuade, and lead. At the heart of Speaker's Club lies her vision: to transform hesitant speakers into confident communicators and confident communicators into influential leaders.

Co-Founder & Head of Marketing

Shalaka Jadhav is a Corporate Trainer, Facilitator, and POSH Consultant with over 12 years of experience in learning and development. Through Flynt Learning Solutions, she partners with organizations, educational institutions, and professionals to strengthen communication, leadership, workplace effectiveness, and POSH compliance. Passionate about empowering people, she helps individuals communicate with confidence, think critically, and present their ideas with impact. She believes that great speakers are developed through consistent practice, constructive feedback, and the right guidance. Her mission is to build a supportive learning community where every individual discovers their unique voice, grows in confidence, and develops the skills to succeed in both their personal and professional journey.

Megha Jain Soft Skills & Employability Trainer | Certified Coach | Public Speaking Advocate Megha Jain is a passionate educator and certified trainer with over three years of experience empowering students, freshers, and young professionals to unlock their full potential. Operating under her personal brand "Know Your Worth with Megha," she blends practical coaching with heart-led mentorship to create transformative learning experiences. An ICBI-certified coach, trained Kathak Dancer, Sudoku enthusiast, Megha has delivered impactful training across schools, colleges, and institutions, including employability skills programs and guest sessions at prominent organizations. She is also affiliated with Phonics University, Roorkee, where she contributes to broadening the reach of quality education. Megha is the creator of "Speaker's Club!" — a structured public speaking and confidence-building program designed for teenagers — reflecting her deep commitment to nurturing the next generation of communicators from the ground up. Her training philosophy is simple yet powerful: every young person deserves the tools, the voice, and the confidence to show up fully in the world. When she is not in a training room (or on Zoom!), Megha is crafting new ways to make soft skills accessible, relevant, and transformational for India's youth.
